Myofascial Release Treatment Sessions

Myofascial treatment sessions consist of a evaluation/consultation prior to bodywork.  Sessions are either 2 or 3 hours in duration, allowing adequate time for tissue to release and fluids to begin moving once again.   If shorter treatment sessions are necessary, this can be arranged to meet each clients specific needs.

To prepare for your myofascial treatment session, please wear loose fitting clothing.  Myofascial release is performed directly on the skin.  It is important to arrive for each session with clean, dry skin.  No lotion.  Please wear loose fitting clothing.  Shorts are preferred.

2 hour sessions are $140

3 hour sessions are $200

Packages are now available for 2 hour sessions.

3 sessions for $350

6 sessions for $600

12 sessions for $1000

These sessions may be shared with anyone.  They must be utilized within one year of purchase.  Packages are non-refundable.

No insurance is accepted.  I do not participate with any insurance companies, so turning in massage therapy notes and an invoice will not get you any reimbursement.  Some health savings plans reimburse for massage; but that is something each individual must investigate on their own.  I do not get involved with third party payers.  Please do not ask me to.

VISA, MC, Discover, AMEX, and cash are all accepted.  Payment is due at time of service.

Craniosacral Treatment Sessions

Craniosacral sessions are typically 2 hours in duration.  Craniosacral treatment can be performed through clothing.  Comfortable, loose fitting clothing is advised.  No jeans.

Craniosacral sessions are $140.

Package pricing also applies to Craniosacral sessions.  Sessions may also be a combination of both Myofascial release and Craniosacral therapy.

Myofascial Training Sessions

Training sessions to learn myofascial release are available.  Clients may bring a friend or family member to receive one on one training on how to provide myofascial treatment at home.  Training sessions are  3 hours in duration.  Both members of the session will spend time as both the patient and therapist to gain a deeper understanding of the nature of this work.  Please wear loose clothing.  Shorts are preferred.  No jeans.  No lotion on the skin.  Myofascial training sessions are $200 per session.
